Our Philosophy
Food accompanies nearly every activity and gathering. We comfort, nourish, sate, reward, and treat ourselves with the foods we choose. But so often, the quality of the food we settle for, whether in the sourcing or preparation, is phoned in. Freezer-to-fryer stuff from the same national distributors everyone uses, food that’s been sitting under heat lamps for hours or pre-made in some huge factory commissary kitchen.
We believe that whatever you’re eating, the calories you take in and the money you spend should feel really WORTH IT. Hand-crafted, in-house, scratch cooking is what you pay for when you spend the money to go to a restaurant. Don’t you deserve it every single time?
